THE REASONING

Make the layout work for your room.

01

Give the bed its own wall

The single bed sits along the right-hand wall. That leaves the center of the room available for approaching the desk and wardrobe rather than filling it with another large piece. Replace the example bed dimensions with your actual frame, including any headboard overhang.

02

Keep the desk and entry separate

The desk is on the lower wall, away from the illustrated entry swing. The chair is shown pulled back into the room. Check the doorway, chair movement and route to the bed together; a chair footprint alone does not show the space needed to sit down.

03

Test storage before adding more

The wardrobe uses the upper wall and overlaps the window’s position in this top-down example. Check the real sill height, furniture height and window opening clearance; move the wardrobe if it would obstruct the window. Test wardrobe doors or drawers at full extension, then compare a second arrangement before moving furniture.
